dtc p0480 show I check fuse ok relay ok coolant fan work only low speed don't work still high speed if I'm disconnect de high relay speed low speed work I cant found fan speed control module

Have you checked all of the following?

fan control relay
control relay harness for open or shorted wiring
control relay circuit for poor electrical connection
the cooling fan itself
cooling fan harness for open or shorted wiring
cooling fan circuit for a poor electrical connection

This is the power source from the ECM to the Radiator Fan Control Relay has malfunction, circuit/driver is faulty. So replace ECM and program it and the problem solve
