Can you please provide the work instructions, torque values, any one-use bolts and pro-tips to replace the front upper controls arms?

Thanks in advance for your expertise. After rebuilding the front left/right struts- (reused springs only), I realize a refresh of additional suspension components is needed. Can you please provide the work instructions, torque values, any one-use bolts and pro-tips to replace the front upper controls arms? The best I can tell is I have to access the fasteners by removing some components underneath the hood.

Hi,

If you look below, I attached the directions for the upper control arm. Take a look through them and let me know if they help. They do indicate preliminary procedures as well as the torque specs and which bolts to replace.
