Sorry that I am not familiar with that brand, but beginning with all '96 models sold in the U.S, it was standardized to put the OBD2 diagnostic connector right under or near the steering column. Most other manufacturers followed suit and did the same thing. This brand has never been sold here so they do not have to follow the same standardization.
I checked the online service manual companies and they don't list this brand either. Is there some other version of this that goes by a different name?
