Mirrors and windshield washer not working properly

I got this car a few days ago. Noticed the electric motors don't work and the front windshield washer don't work. The rear works. I don't hear the motor run when I turn washer on. Also haven't found a blown fuse. I heard mirrors and radio are on same fuse. Radio works fine. Everything works fine except washer and mirrors. Any ideas? Things to look for? Thanks
