Engine, VSC, Trac Off lights are on?

The Engine light, VSC light, and Trac Off lights keep coming on. Sometimes it goes away, but eventually it comes back. The van seems like there's a lack of power, poor throttle response, and when that happens that car just stops sometimes and won't turn on, and then 15 mins later it starts. Code P0203 is what the mechanics have told me. I've had the Spark Plus and Coil changed 2 times already. 3 mechanics can't seem to fix the problem. I hope someone can help me with this problem before I go to a Toyota Dealership.

Here is what is said about the p0203 code:

The P0203 code on a 2010 Toyota Sienna indicates a problem with the fuel injector circuit for cylinder 3.

So, you might have a bad PCM if the Engine light, VSC light, and Trac Off lights keeps coming on when this condition occurs. But I would check out the injector wiring and then replace the injector first. I have included how to change the fuel injector out in the images below. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
