2010 Toyota Other scion xd

My car will start but will not go into drive. The radio and ac as well as the windows will not get and power. When the the car is started every light on the dash is lit up. Is not the alternator just replaced that and is not the relay just replaced that.. So now unsure of what is wrong

Have you checked to make sure the serp belt hasn't come off? Also, all the lights on the dash are on? If the belt is okay, disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes and reconnect it to see if that resets things.

Tried both things it is not either.. I fully disconnected the battery and the service belt is OK.. Any other ideas??

Have you checked the main fuses under the hood?
