M0tor is a rb with turbo.waz driveing car and it just doesnt bo0st enym0a ive changed the coils cleaned the plugs but when i puled them out it lo0kd like they had water on them what would that mean?

Water in plug hole means external factors such as engine wash etc.

Water on tip of spark plugs means bad head gasket or related problems.
