What are possible causes for steering wheel vibration in my new 2010 2.5 altima?

When does the vibration occur? high or low speeds,while turning? Most common cause is wheels not properly balanced, also could be a suspension problem.

yes, tierods (ends and outer),even the struts, if they arent keeping the tires solidly on the ground ,this will occur
