2010 Mitsubishi Lancer rotor removal

I can't get the rotor to come off. Seems like the emergency brake is holding it on.

make sure you parking brake isn't applied and wheel will turn if it turns it should come off. look for clips on studs holding rotor if parking brake is holding it you have to remove the plug to adjust it down then readjust when finished

It worked. The spring for the parking brake was broke so it would not release. Got it off after 4 hours. Thanks for the help.
