I had the dealer replace the thermostat,
I need to know if $732.17 was justified

From what I can find (information you given me is correct). The labor rate shows only 1.8 hours. Which should have been about $200-$230 in labor. Im guessing they also charged you for a coolant flush (even though they have to drain the coolant to service the thermostat anyway) an for coolant itself.
