2010 Lexus Rx 350 Rear Bumper Cover Separating Body On Both Sides Apparently

Rear bumper cover is separating from the body on both sides. Apparently was removed and installed again before I bought the vehicle 3 months ago. Any advise for tightening it up? Thanks.
