what is the problem when the car can not be start ,can u tell what is the problem and can u list it to me and the car always have a FIP leak can u tell me what the problem here and this car always have electrical problem

Wow, it sounds like it has a lot of problems. As far as the no start, it could be many things. if the starter is cranking the engine, check to see if you have proper fuel pressure and spark to the engine. If you do, check to make sure the injectors are getting power.

As far as the electrical problems, you didn't describe anything specific.

A diagram of what system or circuit? I'm not there to know what is going on. Therefore, you need to be specific for me to be able to help.

I'm sorry, but my manuals do not have the Defender Series II listed. It may be a model that is not present in the US.
