2010 Kia Optima Drivers Side Windshield Wiper Working Passenger Stopped Motor

My drivers side windshield wiper is working but the passenger side has stopped. The motor still works but the wiper isnt moving. Is this an easy fix?

there is a nut on the arm that needs to be tightened.
