2010 Jeep Patriot Starter/Battery?

Engine will not turn over, make any noises or clicks on first two or three tries, but the lights do come on (and they do not get dim). Then after a few tries the engine finally turns. Battery is appx 1 year old; been doing this for a week

have it scanned because it could be a tpim module or a poor connection someplace.
