Brend new isuzu d-max 3.0td does not want to heat up. It takes up to 25km to get the engine temperatur where it should be.(-10 to -15C outside) the cabin is not wery hot eather. Thanks for help.

This is a new vehicle under warranty. Get the dealer to do handle the problem. Unauthorised repairs can void the warranty.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
