I would like to know if I can rewire my 2010 Hyundai Tucson's stop and signal lights to work together.

The lights are now two separate lights, stock factory wiring, as most non-American cars are wired. Most American made cars have one light which works as a stop light and a signal light. I would like to rewire my Hyundai like an American made car since both signal and stop lights are red in color.

why would you ever want to go and do this? your wiring goes to the body control module and is done so other things can work like cruise control, etc. The answer would be no but you can do whatever you like it's your vehicle.
