Will running a car idle for 20 mins recharge a battery that has not been driven in a few days?

did you have to jump it? the answer is maybe depending on battery age and degree of loss of charge. if it was dead enough to cause it to just click or nothing at all except dash lights then i would recommend a slow charge from a charger. the chain auto stores do this for free.
