flashing battery and seat belt light and power steering problems when flashing

shortly after the car is started, sometimes, the seatbelt light and battery light will flash. When they are flashing, the power steering doesn't work. They only flsh for a few seconds 10-15 but it is a problem. What could be the cause?

Check battery connection, belt tension, computer controlled circuit of alternator and ignition switch
