Is DIY power steerin pressure hose replacement feasible (2010 hyundai accent)? The estimate wasd too expensive 300+.

It is tight to acess the hose and that is why so expensive.

Can you do it? Yes, but it will take you a while. Get the new hose, match it up and then you will be able to see what you have to do.
