Bought a 2010 honda insight in sept, put in the garage, only driven twice from sept to march, wouldn't start, jumped it, started right up. Drove for about 15 mins. Wouldn't start next day. What can i do? Does the battery need to be driven longer and of course more often?

The battery needs to be properly charged, assuming it's not faulty now.

You can't just let a vehicle sit for months without atleast charging the battery from time to time.
