2010 Honda Insight Dear Sir Had Accident Changed Air Bags Seat Belts Sensors

Dear Sir

My Honda insight 2010 had an accident. I changed the air bags, seat belts, sensors and the module. After connecting the pin 4 and 9 in the OBD plug the DTC code was 14-7.
would please tel me what does it mean this code and where can I find the MES plug in my car. Thanks

I have never heard of being able to jump a obd2 connector and flash codes out.Also what is the mes plug without the acronym?Also i will research jumping the obd2 connector and see what it says.
