MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON CHANGED THE SPARK PLUGS RUN MUCH BETTER, NOW THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON FOR 4 DAYS NOW.

Start by having the diagnostic fault code(s) read. Many auto parts stores will do that for you for free. Be aware those codes never say to replace parts. They only indicate the circuit or system that needs further diagnosis.
