Id get the wheels off the ground and run the wheels up to 80. If the rears don't make the noise then its most likely in the front. It might also be in the transfer case or differential. Make sure to block the wheels well and try to do this on a paved surface. When the truck reaches 80 pop it into neutral and see if the noise changes. Thatll tell you if its in the drive line, like a pinion bearing or tailshaft bearing. Above all be carerful and don't do it alone in case you need help
