Number 1, 3, 5 is working but not 2, 4, 6 not firing

P0300-Random misfires is normally caused by vacuum leak and bad fuel

No references on this vehicle but check if it has a crankshaft positioning sensor-if so check and test it-

Could be injectors are not firing on that side, or the CPS not telling the computer to fire the coils for those cylinders and ignition control module/vacuum leak
