I'm having issues getting the front brake rotors removed. Everything else is off (calipers, brackets, etc) are these pressed on or is there a trick to them? 2010 gmc terrain

I tried smacking it with a hammer and it doesn't seem to be rusted. More like something is holding it on. I've done rotors many times but haven't run into this before.
