2010 Ford Station Wagon Replaced Motor Awhile Back 302 Engine Now Started

I replaced the motor awhile back.The 302 engine has now started with blowby and a knock,.This just suddenly happened ,why?How to fix and is it costly?Thanks

check for il level being full and pcv system being blocked. It may have detonated then preignited and burnt a hole in piston. it really needs disassembly to see what is wrong and how good was the motor when you installed it?
