In the direct sunlight I can see what look like spider web shaped scratches on my car. I see them the most on the hood and the trunk top but they are all over. I have been told by the maker of the car that this is normal. Is this true? If it is, is there any way to get these scratches out?

Scratches are in clear coat usually from improper washing and/or waxing. if not to deep a detailer should be able to remove. And yes very common walk a parking lot you will see lots of cars finish like yours

I have been told by the maker that these scratches are "normal" from the factory. Is this not correct?
