If you are getting a lot of oil smoke and pressure out of the filler, you will have some combustion leaking past the rings, this is called blow by, the engine rings will be worn.

Thanks Mhpautos.
Its a little smoke only from Engine Oil Filler (dipstick tube). Not continuously coming.
Can I get Engine replacement(under warranty) for BlowBy problem?

A little blow by is ok, its normal to get some as rings will not seal 100% if concerned get the mechanic to do the test and report the findings to the engine supplier, it will be there call in the end.
