Is there a TSB covering leaks in a 2010 Escape XLT 4WD? Car was bought new in '09 by a family member, now owned by my granddaughter. She recently noticed excessive condensation on the windshield, then today found the carpeting was soaking wet. When they pulled the carpeting up, all metal parts were covered in rust. They took 2+ gal. of water out of it w/a shop vac. Car has never had body damage or any mechanical problems. Can anyone give us advice on what we should do to handle this?

So has it been raining or is that water from the ac box not draining the condensation from running the ac?
