Hi,
The most common cause of this problem is a bad blower motor resister. If it still works on high speed, this is the first thing I suspect.
Here are the directions for replacement. The attached picture correlates with the directions.

Removal and Installation
Lower the glove compartment.
Disconnect the blower motor resistor electrical connector.
Remove the 2 blower motor resistor screws.
To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).
Remove the blower motor resistor.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
