what causes noise from the front right tyre of ford edge and how can we fix it?

Could be the Tire or it could be Mechanical (such as a wheel bearing) Just to maybe rule out the mechanical part (maybe). Swap the tire (wheel) with another...See if the sound now comes from the new location, if so, have the tire checked...if the noise remains at Front Right...Have the brakes checked/ wheel bearings/ alignment---Many times, a Auto Parts Store employee might make the right call, with a little hands on, for Free!...Let me know how it goes--The Medic
