2010 Dodge Charger Noise from under the car.

I was hearing a noise. What sounded like a flapping noise and I seen underneath a piece of plastic. It is on the car itself and what was wonder what is was. Here are some pictures of what I think it was.

Your picture didn't turnout but it's probably an engine guard or something similar and it is probably making your noise if hanging down. If you crawl under your car then look around there may be a push pin missing or broken off at push pin or screw. Put It back up if you can to stop the noise
