cost to install a driver side headlight

Something hit my bumper guard and brushed my headlight which is still works but broke two bolt housings holding the light. I bought a light with idea of installing myself, but after looking would like someone expert to install. Can you help?

I would think if it is only replacing the headlight assembly, someone would do it for 30 minutes labor.
