Forget the snow tires for now. Check the parking lots and you won't find them on any Caravan.
Up until a few weeks ago, my daily driver was an '88 Grand Caravan, and in 27 years, the only time I got stuck where I couldn't get out by myself was when the tires got frozen in a puddle that turned to ice. I go through the slop the snow plows dump at the end of my driveway, and being on a county highway, I often have to stop right in the middle of it until traffic clears. Many of those years my tires were so worn, you could almost see the air inside.
What you need to be more concerned with is having good tread to avoid hydro-planing. Here in Wisconsin they throw a pound of salt on an ounce of snow and turn it into slop that is far more dangerous driving on than packed snow, and they think they're making the roads safer. That slop can send you into oncoming traffic or sliding into the ditch. The best of tires won't always help with that, but it will reduce the number of questions you have to answer if you're in a lawsuit.
