the engine management light illuminated?

My Citroen Relay 2010 2.2DCI has the engine management light illuminated. I have had it checked with a diagnosis machine which came up with the faults "Inlet air temperature signal too high" and "Flowmeter signal value too high". The van has been driven (short distance) and I haven't noticed any drop in performance (the distance is too short to identify fuel economy). I wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction for fixing this, or a diagnosis that isn't going to cost hundreds of pounds like it would if I take it to a main dealer?

the codes for the the Inlet air temperature signal too high and Flowmeter signal value too high is telling us the air inlet tube may have a crack/split which is throwing off the reading and the computer has picked up on it. This is what is looks like under the hood, please check it out by running your hands over it to look for failures in its integrity. Please let us know what you find.
