Right side blinker and the right mirror turn signal will not turn off

The right side marker lamp and the right mirror turn signal lamp stay on after the truck is turned off. Changed headlamp, fuse, relay, turn signal switch, headlamp switch and the side marker is still on. I replaced the turn signal switch as well, headlamp switch, replaced headlamp pig tails, relay, grounds are good Help me LOL please help. Thank you, Rick

It sounds like the BCM is is out. To be sure lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair. you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how:

Here is the BCM replacement instructions with the blinker wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
