2010 Chevrolet Traverse Turn Steering Wheel Hear Rubbing Noise S Rubber

When I turn the steering wheel I hear a rubbing noise. It's like rubber rubbing together. It's not a squeal like you hear when the power steering makes when going bad. It's not hard to steer, no clunks.

have the steering checked it may be the tires on pavement that you are hearing with window down. something may be hitting and causing this
