my car trembles between 60 and 70miles per hour and left side of tire I hear a rattling noise.

Have the tires balanced and have the technician to check for something loose underneath while he has it on the lift.
Rattles are hard to diagnose (especially online) unless the technician can actually hear and see what's going on.
