2010 Chevrolet Hhr Twice Lost Power Steering While Driving Turn Car Off

Twice I lost power steering while driving. When I turn the car off steering returns. Since this has an electrical power steering system, could this be a fuse going out?

A bad fuse wouldnt fix itself when cycling the key.You will have to have your power steering control module scanned for codes and let me know the exact code numbers you have not code descriptions.The diyer scan tool wont read that computer you will need a more advanced scan tool.
