2010 Chevrolet Aveo Break Light On Accelerate Will Off Take Foot Gas Only

The break light goes on when I accelerate? It will go off when I take my foot off the gas. It only happens when I'm in gear and picking up speed, especially when starting from a stop. The breaks works great and the parking break IS all the way off/down.

Why?

this sometimes happens on my car and your brake fluid level might be just slightly low.
