2010 Buick La Crosse car wont start.

I drove to work in the rain.. no problem. When I left work and attempted to start car, it did nothing. The interior domelight works, and the radio. No clicking or sound when attempting to start. Just silence. The electronic instrument panel goes blank when key is fully turned, then it comes back on after returning key to starting position.
This has never happened since I bought the car.

It could be a starter relay, the starter... What you need to do is check to see if there is power to the smaller wire on the starter when the key is in the start position. If there is, chances are the starter is bad. Check that and let me know what you find.
