Hello

Could you please advise me on how to get rid of a diesel spillage on the floor. I already removed rear carpet section, now I need to remove two front ones, but those trims on central console and on T-bar holding it.
Please tell me how to take those plastics off as I need to change my carpet and I don't want to snap any of the clips.

How can I disconnect my front seats, there is a wiring connector underneath the seat with the clip on top of it, not sure ho to do it properly as again I want it to keep in one piece.
Thanks

P.S
My car is V40 R-Design 2.0L Diesel

You're asking about something most of us aren't going to know because it's not the kind of work we typically do. People at a body shop are knowledgeable on working with interior trim and carpeting. The dealership will also have people who are experienced with these cars or they can direct you to the body shop that does their work

Be aware that if you can live with the smell for a while, and you have most of the fuel mopped up, what remains will evaporate and you won't smell it anymore. I overfilled some containers in the basement of my house when switching from oil to propane for heating. I estimated the spill to be about two gallons. It ran into places I couldn't get to but within a month there was no longer any hint of a smell.
