I have a 2009 VW Routan with a 3.8 Chrysler engine. I want to put a hydrocell generator on to produce HHO gas. Does it really work like they say increasing fuel mpg 30 to 60% and is it safe for the engine?

The engine is not specifically designed for this, the fuel id dry so valve problems may resault,and if they work , well i have not had any first hand experience with these so i can't really say.
