 Black
 Ensure seated tightly
 From fuel tank --> [ 15 Fuel Supply Line ] See: Fuel Tank Service and Repair Removal and Replacement Fuel Tank Assembly Overview
2 9 Nm
3 Fuel Return Line
 Blue or with blue marking
 Ensure seated tightly
 To fuel tank --> [ 16 Fuel Return Line ] See: Fuel Tank Service and Repair Removal and Replacement Fuel Tank Assembly Overview
4 Locking Bolt, 5 Nm
 For water extraction
 Remove and extract approximately 100 cm3 of fluid with the diesel extractor (VAS 5226)
5 Seal
 Replace
6 Fuel Supply Line
 White or with white markings
 Ensure seated tightly
 To auxiliary fuel pump (V393).
 auxiliary fuel pump, removing and installing, refer to --> [ Auxiliary Fuel Pump ] See: Fuel Pump Service and Repair Auxiliary Fuel Pump.
7 Fuel Return Line
 Blue or with blue marking
 Ensure seated tightly

9 Fuel filter insert
 Follow replacement intervals
10 Fuel filter lower part
11 8 Nm
12 Seal
