2009 Toyota Yaris Turn On Headlights Interior Lights Speedometer Radio Clock

I go to turn on the headlights and the interior lights for the speedometer, radio, and clock go out. The headlights work fine. Once I turn the headlights off the clock, speedometer, and radio lights turn on. What can I do to fix this?

Ensure the illumination brightness control switch is not turned to minimum.
You might need to replace some bulbs.
