rear driver signal light stayed on?

started a few days ago, rear driver signal light stayed on, then yesterday, no daytime rear lights and dash flashes when same signal used. Dash lights are flashing but signals and brakes work. Fuse or relay?

check bulb first, it may have two filaments hitting each other causing that. Please check out this guide to see what I am talking about.

I have seen the turn signal flasher go out and cause strange problems like this, here is the location so you can check it out, I would look for corrosion in the electrical connector as well. The flasher is on the backside of the instrument cluster. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
