3rd and 4th gear dont engage. What do I have to change or buy from the dealer to fix this problem? The dealer here in papua new guinea dont sell gearbox overhaul kits. What do I order and how do I rectify this problem?

Sounds as if the 3-4 syncro hub may have failed, this is a full transmission pull down and re build, you should do all syncros and bearings, go on line and repco Australia can supply a reco kit, best way to do the job is to order a work shop manual as well, as there is just to much detail to transcribe here.

I've ordered for new circlips,bearings,syncros and new bearings. Is that okay. Pls advice on how to get a free manual online.

Don't know who does free on line manuals, you will just have to do an on line search, manuals are very cheap $33 AU there abouts i would just order one and you have it always,
