My cars battery dies everytime I don't start it for over 12 hrs

Have the battery tested and that it has a full charge. Check your charging system.
Check for excessive battery amp draw with everything off. I don't have that spec right in front of me, usually around 50 ma, that is .050 not even a tenth of an amp. If the amp draw is excessive, you can pull/replace fuses one at a time, when you pull the fuse on the faulty circuit, the excess drain goes away.
Check for vehicle lights left on, somewhere, interior--under the hood, in the trunk, everywhere. Best time to check is in the dark.
