I was driving through a puddle of water like evry other car. It was raining a lot as well. The car started to make a funny noise and I took it in. They said that there was water in the engine. How could that have happened? As I said it wasnt a big puddle, none of the other cars were damaged. Is this because of the airintake that is situated next to the wheel? Please explain to me as this is a company car and I must go to a hearing for negligence on Monday. It could lose my job and according to me I couldnt have prevented the water from going into the engine. The car went for a major service a week before. Is it posibble that they didnt put something back the way it should be
