Before the car is at full temp, driving 35-40 mph @ aprox. 1800RPM, foot evenly on the gas, flat road, car will seem to speed up and slow down, speed up and slow down. I have seen the tach. Jump up and down as it's doing it. Dealer can't find anything wrong.

Try disconnecting the battery (negative terminal first, then positive).
Leave the battery disconnected for at least 15mins.
While battery is disconnected disconnect the throttle position valve (connector attached to the throttle body. Possible 2 connectors).
After at least 15 mins reconnect throttle connector(s).
Then reconnect (positive 1st then negative) and road test.

Also, check for vacuum leaks and if the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to identify any trouble codes. Most parts stores will do it for free.
